At MICE Network Company, we take the event from the planning stage to the final execution. Our management sevices can be divided into 3 main tasks.
Project Management Upon appointment by our client, we would develop a conference budget together with a workplan inclusive of a schedule of milestones to guide our clients at the start of the planning process. The budget will ensure that we are within the spending guidelines set up and the milestones would set the deadlines for each task that needs to be done. We would proceed to develop the different marketing tools for our client to market the conference through Call for Abstracts/Papers, website, journal advertising, email broadcast, etc. This is to ensure that the event is make known to at large an audience that is relevant to the conference. While executing the agreed upon marketing strategy, we would also assist our clients in sourcing for the appropriate venues and hotels for the conference. In the process, we would assist in the negotiation and also reveal of the contractual agreement with third parties. As the conference is approaching, we would co-ordinate all invited speakers requirement from speakers' flight booking, hotel accommodation booking to hotel pick ups and special meal arrangement. In terms of logistics, we would manage the conference room set-ups, preparation of session chair kit, coordinate banners/backdrops installation and all other on-site details. Abstracts, Paper and Program Management Using our sister company's INMEET Pro conference management software (CMS), we would be able to better manage the submission of abstracts and papers. Our expertise extend from abstracts submission, assignment of reviwers online, abstracts review, collation of results, reminders to reviewers, sending of acceptance/rejection letters to authors, chasing for submission of final camera ready papers to the publication of the programme booklet & proceedings. All these are made easy with modern technology and software enablers. Online and On-site Registration Management Our sister company, INMEET CMS, have a set of comprehensive online registration solutions for you. This includes a payment portal that could accept different currencies. The sysem allows delegates to print their own invoices, receipts and invitation letters upon their registration and confirmed payment. This makes registration simple and efficient.
